Fix the permissions in the front end.

Evaluate arsenal's plugin code for possible inclusion and give credit.
See if Joomla's annoying pagination issues are resolved and remove the local pagination class.
See if Joomla has dealt with single letter tags.
Create a credit file to better give credit to contributed code.
