The category and tooltip issue has now been addressed and fixed. I tested it on three Joomla! installs and its working for me and running live on hypermodern.org. Let me know if you have any issues.
Gnosis 1.0.7b can be found here:
hypermodern.org/index.php/joomla-extensions/gnosis-glossary
At first I thought this would be an easy fix, but when enabling the content plugins on category and list views I discovered that there was a recursion error going on. The Tooltip would do fine with definitions that had no
gnosis plugin tags in them, but if it found one, it would try to convert that into a tooltip as well. Essentially a tooltip within a tooltip, which broke the CSS display. To fix it I programmed the plugin to remove recursive (if thats the right word for it) instances and replace them with just the word without the brackets.
Thanks again for your questions. Every question and comment brings insight into how to make Gnosis better. +1 Karma for you! And please let me know if you experience any issues with the new gnosis version.
